Client sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins.

Michele Ruppert Rehabilitation Therapy was located in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach communities of San Diego, CA. It is permanently closed. We are in the processing of moving out of state.
My hands-on therapy sessions are generally 2 hours in duration, including a review of new client forms, what you are feeling at the time of the appointment, after-session recommendations, and payment.
My health-life coaching sessions are generally 1 hour in duration, including a review of new client forms, progress from the last session, work agenda for the current appointment, plan for the next appointment, and payment. The first new client session is 2 hours in duration.
Other sessions for hands-on therapy and personal training can be from 1-2 hours depending on my clients’ needs.
I do not have an online appointment system. Please, call, text, and email me below one to two dates and times you are available for a session. I will respond within 24 hours. I have been booking up 1-3 weeks in advance. I am not available for day-of appointments.
